The details we take

• A list of your previous orders, used to handle queries and returns
• The name and address a parcel is sent to, plus an email and phone number
• The routine data any web server records: IP address, device, pages opened

We hold no card or banking credentials, because UPI authenticates in your own app and cash never touches our systems.

Why we use it

Packing, delivery, replies, returns, refunds — and the statutory records behind them . No advertising profiles are built and nothing is sold on.

Who your details reach

Whoever has to see it to get the parcel to you, which means the courier and our hosting and email providers . Each acts on our instructions only. Anything handed to an authority is handed over because the law requires it.

Panel orders often arrive as several parcels on different days, and each parcel gets its own tracking notification to your email address.

Retention

Invoices and order records stay for the statutory period . Closed enquiries are removed, and no data is hoarded.

Cookies on this site

Two kinds of cookie run here — functional ones for the basket, and basic page analytics . Browser-level blocking is possible; the basket then fails.

We send no marketing email, so the only mail from us is order correspondence.

What you can ask for

Traffic is encrypted and order records are restricted to fulfilment staff . We would notify you and the regulator if a breach ever reached your data.
