While the order is still with us

There is no fee to cancel before dispatch, though the 3:00 PM IST cut-off is a hard edge.

Email [email protected]. If you would rather speak to someone, call +91 8850123687. Quote the order number and ask us to cancel; we confirm in writing.

After dispatch

We have no way to stop a parcel already with the courier . Turn it away or accept it and return it under the 10 days policy.

When the money comes back

Where UPI payment was taken and the order is cancelled before dispatch, reversal takes 5 to 7 working days — the timeline the Reserve Bank of India sets for payment reversals.

Cash on Delivery orders take no money up front; cancelling one leaves nothing outstanding . We apply no cancellation fee and no restocking charge.

Cancellations from our side

Sometimes we are the ones who cannot proceed . Damaged stock, unserved pin codes and unverifiable details are the usual causes; the refund is always full.

We would rather cancel and explain than send something we are not confident in.
