These are the terms on which Velvora Parlor sells — placing an order means you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

Velvora Parlor is an online retailer in Thane, Maharashtra and our catalogue is wall panels & surface decor, sold across India.

We buy stock from suppliers and sell it under our own name. We are not the manufacturer, and we are not an authorised dealer, distributor or agent for any brand.

How an order is formed

Your order is an offer; the contract forms at dispatch . Before that we may decline: a stock shortfall, a pricing mistake, or an address we cannot verify.

If we turn down a paid order, the whole amount comes back.

Descriptions and photographs

Descriptions come from our suppliers and from inspecting the stock . The photographs are ours, of the actual item, but colour rendering differs by display. If a description is materially wrong, the return policy covers you.

A note on this category

Wall panels and surface coverings are sold by the pack or sheet as stated. Coverage depends on your wall, and adhesion depends on the surface you apply them to, so we cannot guarantee a result on a particular wall.

What things cost

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include everything payable, with delivery shown separately at checkout . A confirmed order keeps the price it was placed at. An obvious pricing error means we speak to you before we act on the order.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, in the condition described, and for the remedies set out in our shipping, return and cancellation policies . To the extent the law allows, indirect and consequential loss is excluded; rights that cannot lawfully be limited are untouched.

Save where the law says otherwise, we supply goods without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond any the manufacturer gives.
