There are two payment options here — UPI and Cash on Delivery, and no other method.

UPI payments

Pick UPI and we show a QR code; your banking app does the rest . We receive only the payment confirmation, never your banking credentials.

We confirm the order as soon as payment lands . Where a payment goes out but no order appears, the UPI reference number lets us find it.

Cash on Delivery

Settle in cash when the parcel arrives . Have the exact amount to hand, since couriers seldom have change. Cash on Delivery adds no fee, and is unavailable on the few pin codes our couriers exclude.

What we do not accept

Credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and EMI are all unavailable. Since we never receive card details, we store none.

Prices and GST

Listed prices are in Indian Rupees and are final Velvora Parlor has not crossed the GST registration threshold and is therefore unregistered — You are not charged GST, and the document in the box is a standard sale invoice, not a GST invoice.
