orders of ₹999 and above ship free anywhere in India — under it there is a single flat charge of ₹49 no matter how many items are in the basket.

Choosing Cash on Delivery adds nothing to the total.

How long it takes

allow 1–2 business days for us to get a parcel ready ; from collection to your door is 3–9 business days.

We hand parcels over at 3:00 PM IST each working day, so later orders wait for the next one.

Coverage

Our couriers cover India only . Forwarding services are not accepted either.

A few pin codes are beyond the network we use . In that case the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Damage and failed deliveries

Take a video while unpacking. It is the fastest way to resolve a damaged, incorrect or incomplete delivery — send it within 48 hours and the replacement or refund is ours to fund.

Parcels that cannot be delivered return to our address . Confirm a corrected address and we will send it out again; the flat delivery charge is payable on the repeat.
